About the Foundation
Throughout the years the Ed Reed, EYE OF THE HURRICANE, Foundation has done many charitable events that have flown under the radar by design. Ed and those who help run the Foundation have always thought it best to help others for the sake of helping. Below you'll find just a few things we do to help the community.

  • Ed Reed Football Camp (Destrehan High School - Destrehan, Louisiana)
  • Children's Fitness Day (Booker T. Washington Middle School - Baltimore, MD)
  • School Supply Drive (Booker T. Washington Middle School - Baltimore, MD)
  • Multiple College Scholorships for graduating high school seniors (Baltimore & Louisiana)
  • Turkey Drive / Thanksgiving dinner giveaway (Baltimore, MD)
  • Purchase of athletic equipment for youth sports teams (Baltimore & Louisiana)
  • Christmas for the Kids (Baltimore, MD)

Letter From Ed

Since graduating from the University of Miami I've been blessed with the opportunity and ability to help people. I want to give our community's children the strong foundation and moral support that I was fortunate enough to receive from my family as a child; I want to be a good role model and mentor for children.
